Yesterday, it was learned from relevant departments that the airport would distribute 60 iPads to passengers waiting for airplanes for free. It was said to be the second airport doing so in China.

Zhengzhou Airport distributed 60 iPads in the lounges for first-class and business class high-end passengers, providing three information platforms: “Flights Dynamic”, “Special Reading” and “Navigation”. The tablet computers can access network via free airport WiFi signals. Passengers receive passwords by telephone once their numbers are confirmed. Then they can choose to read, surf the internet or refer to flights dynamic of Zhengzhou Airport according to their own preferences. Passenger waiting for the airplane there can take iPad for free by showing ID card and boarding pass at the service counter, and return it back before boarding.
