Shenxiandong Forest Park, located in the Jianshan Township, northeast of Xinmi City, is 45 kilometers far from Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province, and enjoys the reputation of the backyard garden of Zhengzhou. The park consists of Shenxiandong Karst Caves, Three Peaks of Jishan Mountain, Zongheng Valley, Lingshi Mountain, Shuangru Peak and so on. In the forest park, there is the least common north China karst cave of over 5,000 meters in length, where the stalactites are both vivid and lively and the temperature is fairly mild in winter and rather cool in summer.
