This restaurant was opened sometime between the end of 1980s and early 1990s. It has been relocated for several times, but it is still located at Jiankang Road. For mutton soup, mutton will be firstly weighed and customers should add soup by themselves from kitchen. Soup is white, where goat bone and floating mutton fat can be seen. It is said that each pot of mutton soup will be cooked for over ten hours, so the mutton soup is exceptionally delicious.
