Covering an area of 196 hectares, The Afforestation Garden of Zhengzhou was the main venue for the 2nd China Greening Exposition of 2010. The garden consists of “one lake, two axes, three rings, eight areas and sixteen attractions”. There are about one hundred exquisite exhibition parks dominated by vegetative landscapes and characterized by special decoration and conference-oriented landscape architecture of exotic styles. Featuring verdure, fountains, waterfalls and ecological islands, the garden is reminiscent of fairyland on the earth, making people reluctant to leave. Oriented by ecology, demonstrativeness, recreation, culture and scientific technology, the park is teemed with the philosophy of green life, green economy, green homeland and green technology, giving full expression to the theme of "integration of green and life".
